    The algorithm identifies what you need.

    At day 7, the algorithm cross-references your 7 days of data and identifies your dominant imbalance.

    It recommends ONE of the 5 formulas — Sleep, Energy, Beauty, Recovery, Wellness. You accept it or choose manually.

    30 capsules of your formula, made in France, free shipping across Europe. 1 capsule a day, at the right time.

FAQ.

The algorithm needs at least 5 days of wear per week to calibrate properly. If you wear it less, the monthly recommendation may be less accurate — the app will let you know.
No worries: the algorithm learns from your choices. If you pick Recovery when it suggested Sleep, it takes that preference on board for future recommendations.
At least 7 days (ideally 14) before your first reliable recommendation. Until then, the app shows your data but won't suggest a formula just yet.
Yes, but we recommend starting with the ring alone (€299), wearing it for 7 days, then activating Ritual from the app. That's what gives you the most accurate recommendation.
No. Encrypted data, hosted in Europe, never sold, never used for advertising. You can export or delete everything in one click.
