Timeframes
All orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays are shipped the same day from our warehouses in France.
- Metropolitan France : 2 to 3 business days (Colissimo Suivi)
- European Union : 3 to 5 business days
- DOM-TOM : 5 to 8 business days

Tracking
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find it in your member area.
Returns & Refunds
Withdrawal period
In accordance with French law, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. No reason needed, no questions asked.
How to return your ring
- Write to us at contact@keora.co with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label by email
- You slip the ring into its original packaging + the label
- You drop off the parcel at the nearest collection point
- Refund within 7 days of receipt
Terms
- The ring must be in good condition (normal use during the trial is fine, we expect you to have worn it)
- Original packaging must be included
- Food supplements (opened or unopened boxes) cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons
And after purchase?
For 2 years from the date of delivery, your ring is covered by manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a manufacturing defect, sensor failure, or battery issue, we replace the device at no cost. Standard coverage, typical exclusions apply (impact damage, immersion beyond 50 m, disassembly).
Ritual subscription
The KEORA Ritual subscription starts with a minimum 6-month commitment (the time it takes for your ring to learn your biometrics and for you to see real progress). After that:
- Pause at any time, for up to 3 consecutive months, from the app
- Cancellation no fees, no reason needed, one tap in the app
- If you don't receive a month's supply (logistics issue), you won't be charged
