These terms and conditions govern sales made on the keora.co website by KEORA Health SAS, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register, with its registered office at 10 Rue Ternaux, 93400 Saint-Ouen, France.
KEORA sells a smart ring (KEORA Ring, €299) and a monthly subscription to personalised food supplements (KEORA Ritual, €29 / month after the first month free). Full product details are available on the product pages of the site.
Orders are confirmed once payment is processed via Shopify Payments / Stripe. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (pay in 4 interest-free instalments on eligible orders).
Free shipping across mainland France and the European Union. Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in France.
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 15 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason or pay any penalties. Details on the Returns & Shipping page.
The KEORA Ring is covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. Food supplements cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of an obvious defect.
The KEORA Ritual subscription requires a minimum 6-month commitment — enough time to measure real changes in your biometrics. After that, you can pause or cancel anytime from the app, with no fees or penalties. The first month is on us; you're only billed when your first shipment goes out.
All elements of this site (text, images, brands, logos, code) are the exclusive property of KEORA Health SAS. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
KEORA products are not medical devices. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, consult a professional.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
KEORA is built to respect your privacy. We collect only what's strictly necessary, we store your data in Europe, and we never sell it. Here's what we do, what we don't do, and what you can control.
All your data is hosted on servers located in European Union (Frankfurt, Paris). We use Firebase (Google Cloud Europe), Shopify (EU), and Supabase (EU). No health data is transferred outside the EU.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase it within 30 days, except where legally required (invoices kept for 10 years).
We use a limited number of cookies, grouped into three categories. You choose what you accept via the cookie banner — and you can change your mind at any time.
Essential for the site to work: cart, session, language preference. No consent required. Duration: session or 12 months.
We measure audience and page visits via Google Analytics 4 (with anonymised IP) and Plausible. No individual profiling. Duration: 13 months max.
Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. Enabled only if you click "Accept all". Duration: 12 months.
