1. General Information

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the website keora.co (“Site”), operated by:

By placing an order on the Site, you accept these Terms in full. KEORA Health SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the date of your order.

2. Products & Services

KEORA offers two main product categories:

• KEORA — A smart health ring sold as a one-time purchase (€279). The ring tracks biometric data including sleep quality, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), stress levels, and daily activity.
• KEORA Supplements — Five targeted supplement formulas (SLEEP, ENERGY, BEAUTY, RECOVERY, WELLNESS) delivered monthly (€39/month). Each formula contains clinically studied ingredients at effective dosages.

Product descriptions and images on the Site are provided for informational purposes. KEORA supplements are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before order confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available through our payment processor (Shopify Payments/Stripe).

Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout the European Union. Standard delivery is free and takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. KEORA Health SAS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This exceeds the statutory 14-day minimum.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@keora.co with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label.

The product must be returned in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, supplement packages that have been opened cannot be returned. The KEORA must be returned with all accessories and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Monthly Delivery Terms

Supplements are delivered monthly at €39/month. Your first month is free when purchased with the KEORA.

You may cancel or pause your monthly delivery at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive supplements until then.

You may switch your formula at any time before your next shipment date. Changes take effect on your next delivery.

KEORA Health SAS reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior notice. You may cancel without penalty if you do not accept the new pricing.

7. Warranty

The KEORA comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-12 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

8. Limitation of Liability

KEORA Health SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. The KEORA is a wellness device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you may submit a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
